Project Overview
The Stefan Zweig Centre in Salzburg is a space for literature, art, culture, and curious minds. This was my first fully freelance project, with both design and development entirely in my hands, which makes it especially close to my heart.
Created in 2017, the website has, I think, aged rather gracefully. Designing and developing a digital presence for an institution dedicated to someone as important as Stefan Zweig was a genuinely interesting and meaningful experience.

About the Approach
The project began with just a few existing elements: the Stefan Zweig Centre logo and its brand colours. A key requirement was to make the opening hours immediately visible, while also giving the location greater prominence, as many visitors had previously found it difficult to locate the Centre in Salzburg.
I designed the website in Adobe XD and developed it in TYPO3. The site is still actively maintained by the client and updated regularly with new content.
